Review April 2025. Small, clean and very cute restaurant, located a few blocks from the Cholula main square, without parking. Part of its charm is the vegetation and the small fountain where the birds come down to drink water. Excellent attention. Extensive menu, moderate prices, good flavor. The green chilaquiles and the red fruit waffles (French), uff. Their toilets are clean... They accept payment in cash and card.
I come here often to have breakfast and everything is always very delicious. The jerky omelet was very complete and delicious, in addition to the tasting of waffle flavors!!
Excellent place to have breakfast with your friends, the waiting time to receive the food is short despite there being several people. I recommend that you take advantage of the 2x1 that they have on certain days. The waffles are delicious.
The attention was excellent. Food and drink service was fast. The food was delicious. The atmosphere of the place is very calm and pleasant, good music and at a good volume that allows you to talk with your companions. I ordered chilaquiles with red and morita sauce and I really recommend it, it's not very spicy. A friend ordered the vegan waffle and it was delicious, she added honey. A friend ordered a governor waffle and another with chicken tenders, both delicious. The American coffee is cheap and with refills, a super advantage for those of us who love coffee, they offer you whole, lactose-free, almond and soy milk. The portions are large and make you feel satisfied, according to the price.
